About Mrs. Williams Hello, I'm Mrs. Williams , or as you'll call me, Señora Williams. I am from here in Greenville. I went to St. Peter's from 1994 to 2003 and then I was at Farmville Central HS from 2003- 2007. I went to ECU from 2007-2011 and earned at BA in Psychology. The year after college I worked at a school and the experience led me to make one of the best decisions of my life; return to ECU for a Post Baccalaureate Teaching License in Spanish K-12.
As a Spanish Ed. student I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad de Granada in Granada, Spain as well as intern here at Rose. I had amazing experiences both in Spain and at Rose and was ecstatic to learn I'd be working as a Spanish teacher here the following school year! I get to go and do my dream job every single day and I get to work with some of the best students and co-workers I could ask for. I love teaching and my students! Speaking of things I love, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Patrick, and we're the proud fur-parents to our seventy-five pound fur baby, Lilly. We got married on November 23, 2013 however we started dating way back in high school on November 21, 2005. We have a son, Michael who is our whole world. My favorite color is blue and my favorite food is sushi! -Mrs. Williams |
Study Abroad I did study abroad through ECU and I was part of a fantastic program. ECU was able to work out a deal with Educatrip and the cost of our study abroad program was equal to a semester's tuition at ECU! While studying abroad I lived with a host family in Granada, Spain. I attended the University of Granada's Modern Languages program. It was an amazing experience!
